Based at Smith College, James is the Supply Chain Specialist responsible for managing the supply chain for diagnostics and laboratory supplies needed to support operational research studies for the  NTD-SC. James has more than 15 years professional experience that cut across business functions to include administration, accounting and procurement.

James hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Operations and Information Management from Isenberg School of Management (University of Massachusetts),  and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP APICS).
