Mamadou joins the NTD-SC as a Senior Data Analyst after working as a Data Processing Specialist for 5 years at The DHS Program. Mamadou has carried out extensive data processing activities including data analysis for population-based surveys : Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS), Malaria Indicators Surveys (MIS), and Service Provision Assessments (SPA) surveys conducted in Niger, Nigeria, Mauritania, Afghanistan, DRC and Burkina Faso. He has also facilitated virtual and in-person training workshops on data processing activities. Prior to The DHS Program, Mamadou served as a Statistician and GIS Specialist at the National Agency of Statistics and Demographics (ANSD) in Senegal. Mamadou holds a Master's degree in statistical engineering ( US equivalency) from the National School of Statistics and Economic Analysis of Senegal (ENSAE-Dakar).
